Mini Denver Omelet in a Bite
Imagine an egg dish so fast, so easy, so delicious you can whip up a few for breakfast before work or make a big batch to entertain at a special brunch.
These air-fryer egg bites come together very quickly. Add everything to a bowl then pour into silicone cupcake liners. Pop into the air-fryer for 11 minutes for a lovely textured egg bite.

Ingredients
For 6 Egg Bites (recipe can easily be doubled)
3 Eggs
2 Tbsp half and half
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/2 Cup chopped ham
1/2 Cup Shredded Cheese
3 Tbsp grated onion
1/4 Cup chopped red pepper
Combine eggs, half and half, baking power, salt and pepper. (Want a richer egg bite? Substitute cream for the half and half.)
Stir in ham, cheese, onion and peppers.

Measure 1/4 cup of the mixture into each silicone baking cup.
Preheat air fryer to 325 degrees.
Place the silicone cups in your air fryer and cook for 11 minutes.

Air Fryer Denver Omelet Egg Bites
Ingredients
- 3 Eggs
- 2 Tbsp half and half
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 Cup chopped ham
- 1/2 Cup Shredded Cheese
- 3 Tbsp grated onion
- 1/4 Cup chopped red pepper
Instructions
- Combine eggs, half and half, baking powder, salt and pepper
- Stir in ham, cheese, onion and peppers
- Measure 1/4 cup of the mixture into each silicone baking cups
- (Will make 6 egg bites)
- Preheat air fryer to 325 degrees.
- Cook silicone cups for 11 minutes.
- Double, triple or multiply even more to serve a crowd.
